Disc is solid 14 karat yellow or rose gold with raised edge to frame the antique matte disc and is approximately the size of a dime (18 mm). 4A: The diamond is a round brilliant cut diamond - OR - 4B: Option for a birthstone of your choice. Price includes one birthstone. Able to accommodate up to five birthstones total along the bottom rim of charm, additional $100 per birthstone - OR - 4C: Choose a special date…a wedding date or a birthdate of your choosing. The two diamonds are round brilliant cut diamonds and serve as the spaces between the date - OR - 4D: Choose two script initials…one on either side of the diamond - OR - 4E: Option for initials only. Engraving available on the back of charm.
Monograms should be entered as follows: Full name is Kathryn Elizabeth Smith. First initial: K, Middle Initial: E, Last Initial: S and will be engraved kSe.
